Today was early valentine's. No one wants to attend the symphony with me tomorrow, I will be attending Tchaikovsky's Romeo & Juliet alone. No pity, please, because today was pretty fantastic. I was spoiled with chocolate truffles, chocolate covered strawberries, and a slew of beauty products (including an amazing-smelling body wash by Fresh-sugar & lychee). Dinner was a sushi feast, followed by an 8:00 showing of Confessions of a Shopaholic. Clearly, it wasn't an Oscar-winner, but it was very cute and a fun movie to watch. I love Pat Field and Leslie Bibb's character was dressed to the nines in the movie!
So, in honor of the occasion, I wore something a bit bright (just like Rebecca Bloomwood, an outfit that doesn't take itself too seriously). This top is so amazing and yet somehow doesn't get much rotation in my day-to-day attire. The necklace is detachable and can be worn in a number of ways. I have yet to take it off the shirt, because I fear that I won't be able to weave it back in.
